About Me

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Tamara Dawn and I am an independent real estate broker and the Owner/Broker of Tamara Dawn Real Estate in Sacramento, CA since 1987. I have been licensed to sell real estate in California since January 1980.

Real estate is my passion. I absolutely love what I do and the career that I have chosen as it allows me the opportunity to positively impact people's lives on a daily basis through real estate. In that regard, I stay involved at many levels of our community, and I am proud to say that I am a past president of our local Sacramento County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors®, and where I was just awarded their 2018 Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

I also want you to know that I work hard to stay relevant in our current market by focusing on educating myself as well as the consumer. I am the co-author of the book “How to Make Your REALTOR® Get You the Best Deal-Northern California Edition”, and in addition to becoming an “Accredited Consultant in Real Estate™” (ACRE), I have earned the following professional designations and certifications along the way:
